Attorney sends attestation of coins

"May I suggest you take a look at the following deal. Seller has insurance bound by Lloyd's.MT103/72 or 760 seller told me last night that if anyone required a Satoshi they can simply send an MT199 as POF and our miner who is in-house will send a Satoshi immediately!"

Deal 8024 MT103/72 or MT110 (Receive BTC before payment is made)

Can send Satoshi after POF and Contract

SIMPLIFIED VERSION OF MT103/72 OR MT 110

1. Buyer gives LOI and POF; POF can be a letter from buyer's bank, state in letter buyer has funds to purchase up to USD $10M or more. Signed by bank officer, with his name and contact in the letter.

2. Contract generated, signed by buyer and seller

3. POC can be by way of Lawyer attestation letter.

4. Buyer brings the following 2 forms (MT103/72 and MT110) to his bank to check if his bank can do for him. (Banks like HSBC, CHASE BANK STANDARD CHARTERED AND DBS should be able).

5. MT103/72 or MT110, only block an equivalent of about 1 tranche of the total contract amount, and still sit insude buyer bank account.

6. Once MT103/72 or MT110 established then buyer bank will inform seller bank.

7. Seller sees the MT103/72 or MT110 from his bank, transaction can start.

8. Seller sends BTC to buyer's wallet.

9. Buyer receives BTC and inform his bank to TT transfer the tranche value of funds to seller account.. Since seller has bank account in HSBC HK, buyer can TT to this seller's accounts.

10. Seller receives fund in his account. He transfers another tranche of coins to buyer account.

11. This process can be very fast, if buyer has account in HSBC HK then it will be same bank with two accounts transfer, will be very fast.

12. Step 8 to 10 repeating each day, until full contract completed. And buyer cancels the MT103/72 OR MT110.

ADVANTAGE OF THIS DEAL:

1. Similar to putting cashier order as a form of security, except this time is using MT103/72 OR MT110 to block one tranche of fund in buyer bank account (which is better for buyer).

2. Seller sends coins first, after receiving coins then buyer pays (no risk to buyer)

3. Buyer sends TT transfer to seller within Hong Kong, so can be very fast and within the country.

4. Seller is a big trading company, all their trades are covered by insurance up to USD 1T with LLoyds, so this BTC transaction if there is anything wrong, buyer is covered by the insurance. So it is double protection.

Simple Procedures attached  Seller2 docs

3.  1 MM BTC/ 3 Sellers / 3-4 Net Discount - See Attached Summary #3 Docs

Two are miners. All three use the

procedures outlined here.

To begin the process, we need completed purchase order and signed IMFPA and CIS.

At that point buyer or his representative will be contacted by seller group to determine amount of contract and size of tranches.

Discount is in flux due to recent price changes, but should be in the neighborhood of Net 3 to buyer, but if order is large, could be Net 4.

Please see below and attached updated and clarified procedures.

Buyer deposits refundable funds into JP Morgan Chase or Wells Fargo Escrow Account of the Perry Law Group attorney/paymaster in Atlanta, GA.

If for any reason buyer decides to not complete the transaction, funds are refunded.

Buyer can start with a test tranche of at least 1000 coins. No money is transferred to seller until buyer has received his coins.

Upon successful completion of test tranche, subsequent tranches can begin in as few as

2 hours. There can be as many as 5 tranches

per day.

Contract of 1M of coins available with rolls.

Seller is now trenching daily.

In summary:

The seller does not need POF. To be assured that seller can perform, parties do a test tranche of 1000 coins.

Further, procedures state that buyer does not release funds until coins have been delivered.

Plus, big penalty if seller does not perform.

Funds are deposited in Chase escrow account, transaction is coordinated by escrow attorney. Buyer may do test tranche. No money is released until coins delivered, and there is a huge penalty if seller does not perform.

Satoshi Test:

There is good reason for not doing a Satoshi test. One of our sellers tried doing a Satoshi and was hacked by the Russians.

From an expert on bitcoins: Nobody with any sense will ever do a Satoshi.

Some buyers keep insisting on this. But it is very risky and ill advised.

4. 840K / Swiss seller is looking for 6% discount.

ADVANTAGE OF THIS DEAL:

1. Similar to putting cashier order as a form of security, except this
time is using MT103/72 OR MT110 to block one tranche of fund in buyer
bank account (which is better for buyer).

2. Seller sends coins first, after receiving coins then buyer pays (no
risk to buyer)

3. Buyer sends TT transfer to seller within Hong Kong, so can be very
fast and within the country.

4. Seller is a big trading company, all their trades are covered by
insurance up to USD 1T with LLoyds, so this BTC transaction if there is
anything wrong, buyer is covered by the insurance. So it is double
protection.

3.  1 MM BTC/ 3 Sellers / 3-4 Net Discount - See Attached Summary #3.zip
