" Bitcoin, the infamously volatile cryptocurrency, has surged to its most expensive levels ever thanks to the world's richest man.

Bitcoin was above $US47,000 ($60,949) by 11:45am on Tuesday morning, after Elon Musk's electric vehicle company, Tesla, said it had invested $US1.5 billion into the digital currency.

Tesla also revealed that it plans to accept bitcoins as a form of payment in the near future — the biggest vote of confidence the crypto market has received yet.

  • The seller sends a draft SPA. Within 24 hours, the buyer will complete with the details required by the buyer, SIGN and return the SPA to the seller. Within 24 hours, the seller will fill in all the required details, SIGN and send the SIGNED SPA in PDF format.

  • ⦁ Proof of funds (POF):

  • ⦁ 5 (euros / USD) will be sent from the buyer's bank account to the bank account designated by the seller to demonstrate that the buyer has control of the bank account and then a bank statement will be sent showing the charge of 5 (euros / USD) and the total balance to the seller.

  • ⦁ Proof of Coins (POC):

  • Select and check a check box. The buyer can choose between:

  • The seller will show that it is ready to proceed to the first tranche by sending a small test from your wallet A to your wallet B. The seller's home wallet must contain at least 1,000 BTC.

  • A-B wallet test: The seller executes the A to B POC between two wallets of the seller. The main wallet must contain at least 1,000 BTC, which we call Wallet A. The second wallet we call Wallet B must have zero balance to receive the Satoshi as proof of currency with a figure given by the buyer. The seller will transfer [Insert maximum amount of 1 Bitcoin...] Bitcoin (BTC) from his wallet A to wallet B to demonstrate the availability of coins and control of the wallet. The seller provides both wallet IDs so that the A-B wallet proof can be validated on the blockchain.

  • ⦁ Buyer's bank sends Swift MT799 advance notice (see Exhibit C) that will mention: Ready, willing and able; to issue the conditional payment Swift MT103 / 72.

  • ⦁ The seller's bank officer must respond via Swift to the buyer's bank confirming successful receipt of the Swift MT799 advance notice.

  • ⦁ The buyer's bank makes a conditional payment using Swift MT103 / 72 blocked for 365 days with a face value of XXX, 000 Bitcoins (BTC).

  • ⦁ After receiving and confirming the Swift MT103 / 72 notification at the seller's bank, the seller transfers Bitcoins to the buyer's wallets for the amount indicated in the Swift MT103 / 72 through BLOCKCHAIN at the rate of the day -4% of net discount. The transfer of the first tranche (Schedule in “Annex A”) BTC must be made at least 10 clear international banking days after the confirmation of the Swift notification. All other subsequent tranches will be released within 4 days.
