  • The Seller also requires that the Buyer uses a major bank somewhere in the US for this transaction.

  • Buyers can send us a note stating their:

  • A) Preferred basic procedures (a copy of their standard SPA?) B) The sought contract size. C) Size of their requested 1st tranche? D) What's their tranche schedule, how much per day or week? E) The time frame that they want to complete their requested contract size?

  • Has to be A1 buyer. High end seller, very serious gentleman
