B) Buyer provides CIS, and Buyer provides his banker's name and Buyer basic information and the Seller banker will call the Buyer banker and verify Buyer capability

C) Buyer provides CIS, and Buyer’s lawyer attests to the Seller lawyer Buyer is RWA

D) Buyer provides CIS, and Buyer sends Seller Lawyer latest Bank Statement.

2. Seller Buyer Communications and Contract

A) Seller send CIS to Buyer

B) Seller and Buyer have an introductory conference call/video call to confirm coin availability, buyer funds, and contract terms. C) Seller sends SPA Contract to Buyer. Contract includes wallet details, escrow agreements, escrow account details, escrow agent details, and tranche scheduled.

D) Seller and Buyer sign Contract, Escrow Agreement, and IMFPA [SELLER PAYS]

 

3. Satoshi (in nominal amount specified by the Buyer)

A) Seller sends Satoshi from the Seller's transaction wallet to the Buyer's wallet (transaction wallet must have 1K+ coins and less than 500 transactions), or

B) Seller sends a small Test transaction of 12 BTC to Buyer’s wallet. These are unrestricted.

C) Buyer conducts forensics (Coin Analysis Report) and reports confirmation of acceptance to Seller and Seller Escrow Agent.

  • 7. Seller sends BTC to the buyer's wallet according to tranche schedule.

  • 8. Buyer wires funds to the seller’s bank account. The MT760 can now be cancelled.

  • 9. Steps are repeated until the order is complete.
